Property Clean-Up

In some situations, trash, junk, and other debris can become built up and is overwhelming to remove. We have the tools and equipment to assist with any kind of property clean-up you might have.

Clean Out

Clean-Outs can mean a few different things. 

  1. A clean-out can be for a job that is too small for an estate sale, but assistance is requested to remove the property and take it to donation.

  2. Upon conclusion of an Estate Sale, Anderson Family Estate Sales & Services, LLC will completely remove the remaining belongings and take them to donation. 

  3. After the items have been removed from the home, it is then swept and vacuumed, leaving it ready for the next steps.
